SCOPE

1.This specification appiies to properly peeled and trimmed vegetabies from which the greater portion of the moisture has been removed by controlled conditions of the air flow, temperature and humidity for preservation of the vegetables. It is mainly intended to be used by food services in the procurement of food.

2. The test methods referred to in this specification may require the use of materials and/or equipment that could be hazardous.
