澳新拟批准一种乳糖酶作为加工助剂

  据澳新食品标准局(FSANZ)消息,7月5日澳新食品标准局公布A1167号申请,拟批准将枯草芽孢杆菌重组菌株中的乳糖酶作为加工助剂。

  本次申请由DuPont Australia Pty Ltd公司提交。申请人拟将其作为食品加工助剂,尤其是乳制品加工和低聚半乳糖的生产。

澳新食品标准局将于2019年7月初就相关草案征求意见,公众咨询期限为6周。本申请有望于2019年12月得到全面批准。
