This standard indicated the high-performance liquid chromatographic method in reverse-phase with immunoaffinity column clean-up and post-column derivatization for determination of aflatoxin B1 and total aflatoxin in cereals nuts and derived products. The limit of determination of aflatoxin B1 and total aflatoxin B1, B2, G1 and G2 is 8 µg/kg.
